According to recorded history of Arcana by Sylvia Moonlight, The Fire Titans were born from constant flame on Avernus' surface. However they were exiled to the underground after defeated by Interstellar Spirits. After arrived, The Fire Titans have dominated the underground of Avernus and local creatures.
